CuAl8Ni2Fe2Mn2 thermal spray wire is a high-performance aluminum bronze alloy containing approximately 8% aluminum, 2% nickel, 2% iron, and 2% manganese.
It is designed for arc spray and flame spray processes, producing dense, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant coatings with excellent adhesion and long service life.
Compared with CuAl7 or CuAl8, this alloy offers higher hardness, superior load-bearing capacity, excellent sliding performance, and outstanding corrosion resistance, making it ideal for marine equipment, heavy-duty shafts, bearings, valves, and industrial machinery.
